Selena Gomez


Selena Gomez, whose real name is Selena Marie Gomez is an American singer, actress, songwriter, businesswoman, producer, stylist and voice actress of Mexican origin.

She began her acting career with her debut in the children's series Barney and Friends in 1999. She rose to international prominence starring in the Emmy Award-winning series Wizards of Waverly Place on Disney Channel, playing Alex Russo.

Selena Gomez - Musical success

He began his musical career by forming the band Selena Gomez & The Scene, signing a contract with Hollywood Records in 2003. Releasing three studio albums, which are: Kiss & Tell (2009), A Year Without Rain (2010) and When the Sun Goes Down (2011), before breaking up in 2012.

In her solo career, she has released the albums Stars Dance (2013), Revival (2015) and Rare (2020). In 2021, Selena releases the ep "Revelacion" entirely in Spanish.

In 2017, Billboard reported that Gomez has sold over 7 million albums and 22 million singles worldwide. The artist received several accolades and was recognized as the Billboard Woman Of The Year award.
